Pastor, faith-healer, author, and television presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also known as Pastor Chris) is the founder of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, also known as Christ Embassy is based out of Lagos, Nigeria. His unique and inspiring telling of God's Word has inspired millions of people around the world.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian, born on December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his loving parents. He is the oldest son of the elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina the mother of the Oyakhilome family who imprinted her faith in God's grace upon her son from a young age.
The whole family is actively engaged in the LoveWorld ministry. The Reverend brother of Ken (the revered Pastor of Christ Embassy Houston, Texas Church) and a member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council are his two sisters. KattyWorghiren, the director of LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry is the home of several international best-selling gospel singers.
Pastor Chris has two daughters: Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon is following the path of her father of spreading the Gospel of God to the world. Also known as CSO, she is a Grammy-winning gospel artist and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome attended Edo College and was awarded a scholarship by Bendel State University to study architecture. He is also a doctoral honorary from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. It was Ambrose Ali University when he received his call from God to be a priest and minister to the Lord.

The Man of God was studying at the university, founded what would become one the most important church in the world. A small group of prayer known as Youth for Christ’ was established. It would evolve into one of the largest and most admired groups at the university. LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions with the base of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.
Under Pastor Chris's leadership, LoveWorld became a pioneer of satellite television and Christian programming. LOVEWORLDSAT was first Christian television station broadcasting from Africa all day long on free-to-air channels. Today, LoveWorld television stations are available on satellite and cable networks around the world.
Christ Embassy has strong presences in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria as well as South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. The church has two healing schools, which are based in South Africa.
Music and Gospel Music form an integral element of worship. Pastor Chris invites Christ Embassy Churches have a choir that is supervised and trained by the Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry. A lot of the singers have successful solo career.
The Future African Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an organization that focuses on continuing the inspiring work of Pastor Chris. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a committed donor who established the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation (COFI) which is a non-profit, non-governmental organization with the mission to assist the poorest communities and individuals in the most impoverished regions and nations around the world.
The Man of God created a number of NGOs to provide vital services and bring hope for the poor, in need, and forgotten. COFI has five partners who are committed to improving living standards in the least-served areas.
The InnerCity Mission for Children, the Volunteer Medical Corps(VMC), Traga Care International Foundation [TCIF], Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF), and Bible For All Mission are all part of the COFI umbrella. Each of these groups works to improve the health and well-being of the most vulnerable.
His foundation offers food and shelter to the poor. Through COFI and The InnerCity Mission, Pastor Chris believes in the importance of establishing solid foundations for community by promoting responsible leadership, good governance and sustainable development throughout Africa as well as other areas of vulnerability in the world in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals.
