Pastor of faith, author, and faith healer and TV presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also called Pastor Chris) is the founder of LoveWorld Incorporated. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian who was born on December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his parents, who are loving and caring. He was the oldest of four children born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the pioneers of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina who is the mother of the Oyakhilome family, who imparted her faith in God's grace upon her son at an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry is a collaborative effort between the families. His brother, Reverend Ken, is the esteemed Pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and a member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council, and his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), where there are a number of top gospel artists in the world.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon, who is also known by CSO is a CSO member who has decided to follow in the footsteps of her father and share the gospel of God the world. She is an accomplished gospel singer who has won awards and is a member of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his education in Edo College. After a grant was made to pursue a degree in architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University) He received a BSc degree in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He is also a doctoral honorary from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Ambrose Ali University was the location where he was able to feel God calling him to become a minister to the Lord.

While he was at university, the Man of God created what would become one of the largest churches worldwide. He began an unassuming prayer group dubbed "Youth for Christ" which would become the most well-known organization of its kind on campus. This could also be the foundation for the future Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated, with millions of followers across the globe.

Under the leadership of Pastor Chris, LoveWorld became a pioneer of satellite television and Christian programming. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television channel that broadcasts 24/7 from Africa through free-to-air networks. In the present, LoveWorld television stations are available on cable and satellite networks around the world.

Christ Embassy has a strong presence throughout Pastor Chris's homeland of Nigeria. The church has two healing schools that are located in South Africa.

Music and Gospel Music are an important part of the worship. Pastor Chris supports Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry to train choirs. Many of these musicians can become successful solo artists because of the guidance of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's spirit and guidance.

The Future African Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an organization that is focused on continuing the inspiring work of Pastor Chris. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, a passionate philanthropist , founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation Inter (COFI) as an independent, non-profit organization that aims to assist communities in need as well as those in the most impoverished areas of the world.

In addition to preaching the Gospel message the Man Of God has also established a number of NGOs which are charged with providing vital services and hope for the most vulnerable and marginalized people. COFI is a partnership with five other organizations that are all dedicated to raising living standards in the most underdeveloped areas.

COFI is accountable for the InnerCity Mission ICM for Children, the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC, Traumacare International Foundation TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF), along with the Bible For All Mission. Each of these groups strives to improve well-being, health, and spirits, especially those most at risk.

His charity provides shelter and food to those in need. Pastor Chris believes in the development of strong communities through the encouragement of responsible governance and accountability in leadership.
