Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian who was born on December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his loving parents. He is the oldest son of Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina, and the mother of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her faith in God's grace upon her son at an early age.
The LoveWorld ministry involves the whole family. Reverend Ken the brother of Ken is the beloved minister of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM) in which numerous gospel artists are among the top-selling in the world.
Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon is following her father's example of sharing God's Word with the World. In addition, she is known as CSO her name, she is a talented, award winning gospel artist and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome attended Edo College before winning a scholarship to pursue a degree in architecture at Bendel State University, known in the present as Ambrose Ali University, where he obtained a BSc in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science award. He is a recipient of an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He received a call from God to enter the ministry and to serve the Lord.

The Man of God, while still in university, began what would eventually become one of the most significant churches in the entire world. A small group of prayer called Youth for Christ’ was formed. It would evolve into one of the most well-known institutions at the university. LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions through the base of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.
The LoveWorld ministry under the direction of Chris the pastor, Chris has become the first pioneer of satellite television and Christian television programming. LoveWorldSAT became the first Christian television channel that broadcasts 24/7 from Africa via free-to -air networks. Today, there are LoveWorld television stations that are available on satellite and cable networks across the globe.
Christ Embassy is present in Pastor Chris's home country of Nigeria as well as South Africa. It also has strong representations across the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, and South Africa.
