For example, there maybe a "Fallsgrove" and "Falls Grove", Maryland. While we work to make this info uniform, please select all relevant names when searching for listings. You can also use the wildcard or map search. Off-market TREND and MRIS listings older than 2004 are presently unavailable for the Washington, D.C.
We are presently in the process of adding these to the system. This Author for MRIS listings prior to 2011 are presently unavailable in Bright. We are working vigilantly to backfill this data on a regular basis. Some Sale/Owner Records are slow to appear in Bright. Sales that have occurred for homes in Maryland are slower to appear in Brilliant than they performed in MRIS.
We are presently working to resolve this problem. Repaired (11. 12.18): MRIS customers have suggested the need for some reports that they formerly used in their MLS. Particularly, MRIS appraisers have asked for the addition of the Appraiser Parcel One Page Report, which was included to Bright in mid-November.
