I personally believe that the cost is warranted for the item that they use, but you have to understand that they are not handing you a magic bullet that will bring cause your pipeline. They are handing you a website that will need lots of personalization on your part and a lot of individual time invested.
I advise developing a Word, Press site initially and if you can make that website perform well, step up to a REW site. It's the very best route to take in my viewpoint. I do not believe I would have ever been able to get my REW website working like it is now without my previous Word, Press experience.
Today, they are scheduled out until about 6 to 8 weeks. So, if you have a fantastic concept that you want to implement, you will need to wait up until November to get it done. For example, my website seems to index a lot of rental homes on Google. Given that the website released almost 2 months back, I get numerous leads every day from people wishing to look at lease listings.
It's not worth my time to work these leads. Colorado Springs has a heavy military impact (about 10% of the city is used by the military), so home management companies have the lockdown on lease residential or commercial properties. showcaseidx have been flooded with lease listing inquiries that fill up my inbox. It's difficult to find great leads through the sea of lease listings that I have no interest in working.
