Payments that are not gotten within 45 days of the invoice date, will be subjected to suspension of all MLS services. If the account is renewed the exceptional balance and reinstatement charge, if suitable, are due. This has been discussed to the customer numerous times. She continues to let the account go into suspension and when returns request for the billings or reinstatement fee to be waved.

If the info is on ******, we would not have the ability to remove it, however if it is coming from our system we can get rid of the images from our systems.
