I can not say we will not make a LH, however no plans as of now. You never ever understand though. OEM might demand it and permit since we developed this one previous to asking. I Found This Interesting . There was a difficulty. The "V" block style has been incorporated on numerous of our Medalist models, mainly in heavy bbl applications.
This works great, but isn't the genuine favorable standard V. This block provided an obstacle, the Lug. Had to be a one pc block or it would have been a press in lug and that simply does not cut it. The present block will allow the action to settle in the block, but the standard V is not there or present like on our varmint/tactical stocks.
You are welcome beforehand. This stock will need extremely extremely little bedding. Thanks to the action style also. I have actually constructed countless bedding blocks and have found that general, it seems to be a wash. Bear in mind this is based upon customer feedback as well as in home screening, OEM results, and so on.
With factory actions it is practically particular that it must be skim bedded due to the manufacturing and finishing methods. Machine and polish. Some get a bit carried away, and or are at the end of the bar stock, something??? Skim it and move on. I have to say that alot of late design round actions have actually been quite excellent.
Custom actions: I have created almost every round action out there and shot the heck out of them. The V block works extremely well with these, not one issue after skimming where I couldn't see a strong bed line. Cosmetic surgeon, Stiller, Templer, Nesika, etc, and so on. Back to this stock.
The Sako Tecomate stock was a difficulty but in the end, it turned out amazing. The Tikka 1042 does the same and could perhaps be a touch much better only due to our production process on the bed linen block. Street rate on these will more than likely remain in the $225 variety. It will be the best stock for the cash out there today.
