All in all, I had a fantastic time assembling this watch. As others have discussed, there were some discomfort points. I invested hours attempting to affix the second hand. From the reviews, I see that a great deal of folks quit and went without it, and I don't blame them.
Many of the issue was that the loupe (magnifying glass) provided with the dog crate has a focus point about 2 inches in front of the lense, so you essentially need to hunch down with your face nearly touching your work space, your eye socket squinched shut to keep the loupe in location, and then determine how to wedge the hand setting tool in there too.
The next roadblock were the ears that hold the motion to the case. Threading those teeny small screws into the earholes and after that attempting to screw them into the movement holder caused a lot more cursing. Ultimately, I scrapped the suggestions in the instructions and set the screw facing threads-up on my work area and decreased the ears down onto it with a set of tweezers.
If you put too much pressure on a screw or the ear, it'll pop best out of the tweezers and fly across the space. One other problem I had was that mine didn't featured a short-lived stem/crown, so I just utilized the irreversible stem/crown while setting the watch. No big offer.
