Keys are requested by a manager, building planner or department heads through the FM Ai, M system. The demands will consist of the following information: Complete legal name of essential recipient JAC card number of key recipient Structure and space number of essential needed (keycode if understood) Long-term concern or date key(s) will be returned Once a demand is entered in Ai, M, the key recipient will bring a copy of the work order to the Lock Store.
All keys need to be picked up personally and signed for by the recipient noted on the work order within 2 week. Extra Locksmith will also be taken at that time for confirmation purposes. Off campus e-mail and mailing addresses will likewise be needed. Keys issued for a specific period must be returned on or prior to the date specified on the work order.
