George Duke-Cohan from Watford also sent mass emails to schools in the UK and US claiming pipe bombs were planted on their premises . the investigation was ongoing.

Yesterday, he was found guilty of making threats to detonate bombs against schools across the country and a United Airlines flight from the UK to San Francisco.

He was arrested in his bedroom at the home of his family in Watford.

After making hoax phone calls, George Duke-Cohan was arrested and taken into custody for the third and final time. He claimed that an aircraft was taken over by gunmen.

Today's audio release features George Duke-Cohan posing as a worried father whose daughter told him her flight was hijacked by gunmen, one of whom has a bomb.

He can be heard complaining and expressing frustration over not receiving an update on the hijacking.

The teenager from Hertfordshire pleaded guilty three times to hoax-bomb threats.

In March, following threats made hundreds of schools across the UK were evacuated. Duke-Cohan was arrested a few days later.

He claimed that bombs were placed in American and British schools when he was being investigated in April.

The fake bomb threats were discovered at the time as part of an Minecraft gamer rivalry.

Threatening emails were spoofed to appear as if they had been sent by a gaming site known as VeltPvP - the name of a Minecraft player-versus-player server.

Schools across the UK received as many as 24,000 emails, including those in London, Bristol, and Humberside.

While being held on bail for threats to schools, Duke-Cohan contacted San Francisco Airport and their police officers to claim an explosive was on board.

Hacker group Apophis Squad claimed that flight UAL 949 was grounded because of their actions in a tweet in August.

Duke-Cohan pretended he was a worried father when calling the airport. He claimed that his daughter was on the flight.

Staff were informed by him that his daughter had called him to inform him that gunmen had taken over the plane and that one of them was carrying an explosive.

Bishopsalt School in Uxbridge was one of the 400 that was evacuated because of the bomb hoaxes that occurred this year.

Fairholme Primary School, Feltham, west London The school informed parents that they would be closing earlier this year due to the threat.

Walsall College (pictured above) was also evacuated due to bomb hoaxes earlier in the year.

When it landed in San Francisco the plane was detained by security personnel. The 295 passengers were then told to remain on board.

The investigation halted the plane, disrupting other scheduled flights at the airport.
